This is my free template and tutorial so you can make one for yourself or for gifts.
You will need:
Felt, for the base. I cut two bibs from the model and machine assemblies with a zig-zag.
Tape, tape and meter/1yard about 1 15 mm (1/2inch) wide, cut in half. Secure the tape when stitching two pieces together with a bib.
"JEWELS" in Bejewel the necklace I made Dorset Buttons. It is a nice tutorial for Dorset buttons, by Diane Gille Earth Crafts style. Instead of plastic rings, it suggests, I used brass curtain rings. The second technique I used was puffs of Suffolk or yo yo. You can find a tutorial for those of Whipup. I chose the luxury fabrics for my brilliant flashes Suffolk. I also used a combination of buttons, sequins, beads and embroidery freestyle encrust the collar. My usual mantra is "less is more", but not in this case is over. Superposition and decorate as much as you want to achieve a very individual piece of jewelry
